Delivery
The products of Cupffee will be delivered by couriers. The order will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours according to the service schedule on the territory of Bulgaria. For orders outside the territory of Bulgaria, the shipment term is specified according to the terms of delivery of the transport company. Orders after 17:00 are processed on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday and received within the specified period. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and on public holidays.
Return
Anyone who has placed an order may return it within 14 days in accordance with the terms of Art. 55 of the CPA (Consumer Protection Act) with no questions asked. We only accept products that have never been used, have no traces of use and are accompanied by sales documents (packaging and receipt). To return a product, please contact us on +359 884 931 183. The delivery price in case of return is at the expense of the customer. We will refund you within 1 week of receiving the returned product.
Method of payment
The payment is done by debit/credit card. Before the shipment is sent to the customer or his representative, the customer or his representative must have paid 100% of the order amount through Mollie – the system in the Supplier’s platform.. Information about the rights of consumers arising from the legal guarantee can be read in Art. 112-115 of the CPA.
