The Cupffee Story
The industrial hub of the Balkans, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, is where coffee cups originated.Everything moves in a graceful, continuous flow, from combining ingredients to creating dough, dosing, baking, and packing. In addition to a variety of specially made equipment, we are outfitted with the newest models from industry leaders such as Buhler and Konig, which have been customized to support our unique production process. This is the implementation of industry 4.0, which aims to achieve sustainability and efficiency.

Zero-Waste
In addition to its flavor and attributes, Cupffee is special because of the manner it’s made—thousands of cups are made every day. There is no industrial waste produced throughout our production process; only pure steam and the delicious smell of freshly cooked cookies. Additionally, all of the leftover materials used to make the cups are used as ingredients for other culinary purposes.

How it is made?
Every component, such as wheat flour and oat bran, is placed in an industrial-sized mixer. After adding water and plant-based oil, dough is formed. The production line is completely automated, and no industrial waste is produced during the process. The dough is divided into little pieces, which are shaped and baked into distinctive cups for coffee.
The cup can not leak for hours, can withstand hot liquids, and its special formula does not change the flavor of the drink. It also maintains its crispy texture for at least forty minutes.
